01-04 1 7/8" Kooks Long Tube Stainless Headers

With their first custom bends Kooks gained the reputation of building the highest quality and best performing headers available. Fast-forward 40-plus years and you'll find that same excellence in their designs for the C5 Corvette.

For torque and bottome end power, long tubes are it! Kooks headers are manufactured from 1 7/8" mandrel bent 304 stainless with 3/8" laser cut flanges and 3" merged collectors. A.I.R. tubes and O2 sensor bungs are included as original.

1 3/4" primaries are designed for stock or modified Corvettes with air intake systems. 1 7/8" primaries are designed for Corvettes with aftermarket camshaft and heads.

Long tube headers require replacing OE mid-section. For additional performance, consider upgrading your 2001-2004 Corvette with a Kooks crossover pipe, center section and hi-flow converters. A 20-30 horsepower gain is not out of the question.
