05 - 13 LS2/LS3 Kooks Full Length "Stepped" Header

With their first custom bends Kooks gained the reputation of building the highest quality and best performing headers available. Fast-forward 40-plus years and you'll find that same excellence in their designs for the C6 Corvette.

The R-Series “stepped” design header melds the particular advantages of specific tube diameters: low end torque from 1 3/4" primaries at the flange, then opening up to 2" tubes for unrestricted top end. Kooks headers are manufactured from mandrel bent 304 stainless with 3/8" laser cut flanges and 3" Venturi collectors. A.I.R. tubes and O2 sensor bungs are included as original. They are specifically designed for 2005-2007 LS2 or 2008-2013 LS3 equipped Corvettes.

NOTE: Long tube headers require replacing OE mid-section. For additional performance, consider upgrading your C6 Corvette with a Kooks crossover pipe, center section and hi-flow converters.
