97-04 LS6 CNC GM Perf Cylinder Heads (Race Use)

This 97-04 LS6 CNC ported head is for Corvette race cars. With this assembly, the Gen III engine can approach 500 horsepower in racing applications. CNC cut, intake runner volume is increased 250 cc and exhaust is increased to 85cc with 60.9cc chambers. The head surface is planed to increase compression ratio to 11.2:1. Valves are ground for three angles, the valves are both hollow stem for reduced mass, and the exhaust valve is sodium filled for cooling. Valve springs are new design, specked for .570" maximum lift.

Note: Designed for race use only, not to be used on street. 97-98E Corvettes must update valve covers to 99 and later design. Must use new head bolts when installing. No Discount.
