97-13 Carbotech XP12 Rear Brake Pads

Carbotech Engineering C5 & C6 Corvette high-performance brake pads are built using a proprietary 3-stage chemical bonding and riveting process. All of the company’s track –proven friction compounds work in a wide range of temperatures, offer low wear, and are rotor friendly.

XP12 = Road Race - The latest iteration of the highly successful 1100 series of compounds with even higher initial bite, torque and fade resistance than compound XP10!!! This was the favored compound of 2005 for SCCA T1 and T2 national drivers. Recommended only for Corvettes using R-compound tires or racing slicks. (SCCA T1, T2, A-Sedan, GT1, Trans-Am, etc) Not recommended as a daily-driving street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise. Fits all C5 & C6 Corvettes except C6 Z06, ZR1 and Grand Sport models.
