97-98 Stage 3 Performance Package

We've upped the more air in/more air out = more power ante by incorporating free-flowing long tube headers and an X-style crossover pipe for maximum deep breathing for your C5 Corvette. Stage 3 performance package includes: Callaway Honker induction system, Modified Products-spec shielded spark plug wires, Champion Iridium spark plugs, 160 performance thermostat, Hypertech Power Programmer, Kooks 1 3/4" 304 stainless steel long tube headers, Kooks 304 stainless high-flow catalytic converters with X-crossover and mid-section pipes with a CORSA Xtreme muffler system. 30+ hp gain. Fits all 1997-1998 Corvettes. C6-R performance - without sacrificing street drivability. Modified has partnered with Advanced Induction to improve the LS7 head casting by way of a superior port design. Stage 2 performance includes: factory cylinder heads CNC modified with Modified-spec porting, billet hydraulic roller camshaft with GM LS7R hi-rev lifters, ported LS7 intake manifold and throttle body.

Cylinder head upgrades include new-profile intake and exhaust ports, 5-angle valve job and reassembly using GM potassium valves, PSI springs and tool-grade retainers. Custom cam grind delivers broad power gains yet maintains daily-driver manners. Heads/intake/throttle body are match ported for absolute maximum airflow. Total package includes Cometic MLS head gaskets and new GM head bolts for installation.
