06-13 Z06/GS Rear 13in 2pc Slotted Brake Rotors

C6 Z06 & Grand Sport Corvette two-piece slotted rear brake rotors are proudly built and assembled in the USA. They feature Coleman Racing slotted rotor with black anodized 6061 T6 milled aluminum hats. Coleman Racing is synonymous with NASCAR, Desert Race Trucks and more. And our billet hats are CNC machined and then hard coated to provide a superior finish. The fasteners are NAS bolts and nuts, same as used in aircraft and spacecraft production. The end result is superior stopping power with a weight savings of 30+ pounds over factory rotors.

Our new rear rotors weigh in at 14.25 lbs. each compared to 20.5 lbs. to a stock rotor. That is a weight savings of 6.25 lbs per rotor. Using the standard ratio of 1 pound of un-sprung weight is equal to 6 pounds of overall weight that would be equivalent to 75 pounds of weight off the car. That is a significant difference in acceleration for just a set of rotors.

MCLLC 13" 2-piece rotors are designed for C6 Z06 & Grand Sport Corvettes. These rotors DO NOT include a provision to use the factory parking brake assembly. See part # DB-775 for rotors to use with factory parking brake. 2-piece rotors are completely assembled, hardware is properly torqued and ready for installation.

Note: Proper cooling needs to be used when road racing or participating in HPDE. Overheating brake rotors will cause premature wear, warping and possible failure. MCLLC recommends cooling ducts for all racing applications.
