97-13 Hyperco Front Composite "Track" Spring

Hyperco Composite Leaf Springs are precision manufactured with an epoxy matrix composite material. Adapted from the aerospace industry, this material provides extraordinary strength that is 70% lighter than steel. Molded to an exact true arch, the Hyperco Composite Leaf Spring retains its shape for life.

On the track, the Hyperco Composite Leaf Spring provides more side bite off the corners. It allows teams running leaf springs to be consistent race after race without having to constantly measure, monitor and change their springs for loss of arch/sagging. Less weight and retention of the design arch combine to make the composite leaf spring a high performance/cost effective alternative to steel leaf springs.

The High Performance Track Series (HPT) offers the C5 and C6 Corvette owner a “race-ready” spring rate option for auto crossing, track days and competitive racing. The Delron pad equipped height adjusters support a wide range of set up choices, enabling the Corvette to be tuned for all out performance. The "Track" spring is approximately 10% stiffer than the C5 T1 spring with a front rating of 625 lbs and rear rating at 850 lbs. This is an optimum set up for a track time trial or an all out racing event.
